Our team utilizes PBS which involves research-based behavioral modeling and skill-building strategies to encourage positive behaviors and promote positive change; in addition, our team will help shape your environment to align with increased quality of life, help achieve your goals with services tailored to your unique journey.
Homemaker Personal Care Non-medical Transportation Remote Support
Homemaker Personal Care (HPC)

Supporting clients to be more independent while meeting their daily living needs. This can be in-home personal care where our team comes to you to assist with day-to-day needs, engage in activities with clients, and facilitate community outings.
Non-medical Transportation (NMT)
​
Transportation as needed whether it be to a day program, or to attend community events. West Family Services has vehicles that can accommodate up to fifteen individuals including clients and members of the WFS support team.
Remote​ Support
​
Using live two-way communication (similar to Skype or FaceTime), WFS can provide off-site services to clients to monitor and respond to their health, safety, and other needs. This approach offers clients greater independence at home. Clients can choose supports like sensors that call for help if someone falls or cameras that monitor who is visiting their home.
